The electro-hybrid-hydraulic rotary slip ring, designed and developed by Hong Yuan, can realize 360° rotation in any direction, transmitting power supply, control signal power, and micro-electricity signal for computerized automatic control system. The electro-hybrid slip ring is designed with three conductive forms, namely, strong electricity, control signals, and millivolt-level sensor electrical signals. The signal source is shielded against interference. The sealed moisture-proof structure prevents the water droplets inside the slip ring from damaging the insulation performance between the joints in wet weather, thereby improving the reliability and service life of the product. In the electro-hybrid slip ring, a special control method combined with digital control function and half-ring automatic switching of dual-power-supply functions are also applied. In addition, a dynamic ring extraction device with a uniquely rigid structure and a mounting function is also designed. The slip ring can be rotated without interference by the torque in any directions. It can greatly reduce the wear on the bearing, the sealing member and the over-current device, and hence, improves the service life of the slip ring.
The hydro-hybrid rotary slip ring is made of special materials by special tooling and heating treatment processes. The radial runout of the slip ring is less than 0.02mm. The working pressure is no more than 40MPa, and the working flow per channel is between 0-500L/min.
