Professional flushing: from the root to protect the hydraulic system clean 

We use secondary installation + pickling passivation process, the depth of the hydraulic pipeline cleaning: 

Pickling rust: after the first installation of the pipeline, the use of 20% sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid solution pickling, with 10% of the soda neutralization, warm water rinsing, to completely remove the pipeline wall oxidation skin, weld slag and other impurities; 

drying and protection: drying and greasing of the pipeline after the pickling and pressure test to ensure reliable sealing; secondary drying and protection: after pickling the pipeline drying, oiling and pressure test to ensure reliable sealing. Secondary installation control: Strict implementation of dust-free operation during secondary installation to prevent sand, iron filings and other foreign objects from intruding, to ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline from the source.

For complex hydraulic systems, we innovatively designed U-shaped seal + closed oil chamber flushing circuit, with intelligent monitoring system to track real-time oil contamination, temperature and pressure data. During the flushing process, 50-80℃ high temperature cleaning oil (viscosity 20×10-⁶m²/s) is used to carry out high-flow cyclic flushing at 2 times the system flow rate, and key parts such as pipeline elbows and fittings are knocked by professionals to accelerate the shedding of adherents. For electro-hydraulic servo valves and other precision components, the use of special flushing board instead, to avoid contaminants damage to the valve spool, after flushing the cleanliness of the oil is strictly enforced by the NAS 1638 standard test, to ensure that the system design requirements.
