The CYTJ76I is a fully automatic drilling intelligent hydraulic tunneling drilling jumbo for fast, accurate drilling in small to medium vein underground mining, tunneling and construction applications.
The system allows unmanned and fully automated drilling according to the layout plan.
Optimized for small and medium-sized tunnels and roadways, the maximum working face can be up to 6.1m wide and 6m high
DI4 control system and imported PLC control, the main control unit adopts imported embedded card computer, which makes the operation simpler and safer.
Self-developed HYG rock drill with double cushion can extend the service life of drill pipe and improve drilling efficiency.
The main components include Deutz diesel engine, Dana axle, ABB motor and Bosch Rexroth valve set, which make the machine more durable and reliable.
Fully intelligent drilling operation with high-precision sensors for efficient and repeatable operation.
