In terms of application scenarios, it is mainly used in the tundish area of steelmaking plants. During the process of transferring molten steel from the large ladle to the tundish, the long nozzle is crucial for preventing secondary oxidation of the molten steel and controlling the flow rate. The manipulator is responsible for accurately installing, replacing, and adjusting the position of the long nozzle, ensuring a tight connection between the long nozzle and the large ladle outlet, thus guaranteeing the quality of molten steel.
