The year 2025 has come to a successful conclusion. During the year, with the concerted efforts of all employees and the trust and support of customers and partners at home and abroad, Hebei Hongyuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. adhered to the philosophy of "Quality as the root, Integrity as the foundation, Innovation as the soul", focused on the core business of hydraulic machinery, successfully completed all annual goals, and achieved steady improvement.
I. Upholding the Core Business and Consolidating the Foundation for Development
The company focuses on the R&D, production, sales and service of hydraulic machinery. It strictly follows the ISO quality system, implements refined control over the whole production process, and focuses on the large-scale production of core products such as rock drilling rigs, rock drills and hydraulic cylinders. It optimizes processes, upgrades equipment, improves production efficiency and reduces costs. The annual output increased steadily, the qualified rate of core products reached more than 99%, and customer satisfaction increased by 8% compared with the previous year.
In terms of market expansion, we adhere to the strategy of "stabilizing the foundation domestically and expanding the market overseas". We have consolidated cooperation with domestic customers, expanded new regions, optimized overseas sales channels, and deepened collaboration with partners. Overseas sales have grown steadily and brand influence has continued to expand.
II. Focusing on Innovation and Strengthening Core Competitiveness
R&D investment increased by 15% compared with the previous year, focusing on core technology R&D, product upgrading and new product development. We strengthened the construction of R&D team, introduced outstanding talents, improved incentive mechanisms, and stimulated innovation vitality. Throughout the year, we carried out technical research on hydraulic system optimization, energy saving and consumption reduction, and intelligent upgrading, broke through many core bottlenecks, completed the upgrading of a variety of core products, and developed new products and reserve technologies, laying a solid foundation for follow-up development.

Adhering to the principle of "refined management, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement", the company revised and improved various management systems including production, quality, finance, human resources and safety, standardized operation processes, clarified job responsibilities, and formed an efficient and coordinated management pattern.
